The most advanced Waste-Management Solution
The ASHER is an advanced Waste Management solution that converts Municipal Solid Wastes (MSWs) into non-hazardous ash with zero carbon emissions. This system also provides onsite healthcare waste management to protect healthcare workers from Covid-19 and other infectious diseases. The ASHER uses a plasma reactor that creates artificial plasma via a strong magnetic field, which effectively bakes and dries the waste. This system decomposes waste at a temperature up to 1600°C, leaving no hazardous emissions or secondary contamination. The end result is ash, and depending on the waste input, this ash could either be used in the manufacture of blocks and bricks or as organic fertilser
Zero Carbon Emissions
The ASHER uses the pyrolysis method with magnetic plasma, which is different from the conventional incineration process. This process does not require fuel or electrical energy and consumes just 100 units of electrical energy per day for pollution control. ASHER decomposes garbage at a high temperature of up to 1,400°C, resulting in thermal decomposition rather than chemical decomposition, which prevents the production of poisonous gases like Dioxin.
Transport Cost Savings
The ASHER can treat medical waste onsite, reducing the risk of infection from transporting and handling it. This feature eliminates the need for transporting waste to remote facilities, saving transportation costs.
Cost Savings
The ASHER converts 1 ton of waste into approximately 40 kgs of ash, reducing the amount of waste and thus disposal costs. The system operates with low energy consumption of 3.5-4.3 kW per hour, which is similar to a 1.5-2 horsepower air conditioner, and requires no accelerants or pre-sorting of waste.
Protecting the Environment
The ASHER is smokeless and odorless, leaving no hazardous emissions or secondary contamination. The system can also manage non-recyclable plastic waste and decomposes plastics, leaving precious metals for salvage. This feature helps in protecting the environment and communities.
